Maybe it wouldn’t be so bad that someday someone will come along be my companion and protector.
Maybe it won’t hurt to hope for better days after this pain is gone.
Maybe it won’t be that much to anticipate more sunshine and a little less of the rain.
Maybe it won’t be so sad now when I come across known places or bump into familiar faces.
Maybe it won’t hurt anyone seeing how I let my dreams drift to oblivion in exchange to nonsense choices.
Maybe it won’t be so bad if forgiveness will take a little while.
Maybe it won’t be that much to believe that MAYBE, just MAYBE, love will find me again and will make me believe that it lasts.

Kahit lagyan mo ng asukal
Masagwang lasa’y magpipilit;
Hindi ko masisiyahan asukalan
Man ng makailang ulit;
Gaya niya – na makailang
Ulit ng sumubok sa pagibig
Na tatsulok
Sinikap pumailanlang ngunit
Laging bumubulusok;
Kaya ngayon, pagtingin niya
Sa pag ibig ay gaya ng ampalaya
Sa una akala mo’y pagkasarap – sarap ng lasa
Pagsubo mo maya – maya iluluwa mo rin pala.
